This circuit program is designed for busy individuals who have limited time in their schedule and are looking for a quick but effective workout. Groups of 2 or more In-person or virtual online includes workouts, habit coaching, tracking, accountability group support through the WellFit For Life mobile app, and one (1) live video group chat per week to track progress, and answer any questions.

This program is for individuals looking to get back into a healthy body weight by losing a few pounds and inches off their waist through proper exercise routines, healthy eating, positive mindset & habit coaching, tracking, accountability support, and direct connection with your personal coach with unlimited text messaging using the WellFit For Life mobile app. Included in the program are live video chats once a week to review, track progress, and answer any questions.

4 weeks / 30 days

This program is for individuals looking to improve biomechanics, mobility, posture, and muscular imbalances using restorative and rehabilitative exercises, conscious breathing, progressions, supportive props, and proper measurements through movement assessment taken in the beginning. In-person or virtual online program includes highly custom workouts tailored to each individual, nutritional advice, mindset & habit coaching, tracking, accountability support, and direct connection with unlimited text messaging right through the WellFit For Life mobile app, and live video chats once a week to review progress, and answer any questions.

After 90 days, the goal is to establish a healthy routine habit that is ultimately achieved without having to think about it. Hatha Yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques, traditionally to channel vital energy source. In Sanskrit, Hatha translates to force. The practice involves breath, body, and mind, and classes are usually 45 minutes of breathing, yoga asanas (poses), and meditation. Mondays & Fridays 9:00am PST. Class is designed for all levels who have no mobility issues getting on and off a yoga mat during sequences of movement and flow.

Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that’s done while seated or using a chair for balance. The poses are modified and have benefits for people with injuries, low mobility, or physical disabilities. It can help improve flexibility, balance, and core strength. 45 minutes session on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:00am PST.

Yin Yoga is characterized by coming into a posture that stresses your body and remaining there for a somewhat extended time, whereas a Restorative Yoga posture supports you and your body in the effortless experience of prolonged rest using support. 45 minutes practice on Tuesdays at 5:15pm designed for people looking for a gentler and deeper stretch while getting into a meditative state.

In-person group 1 hour Hatha, Vinyasa, Flow, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra styles of class for, with Pranayama Breathwork and meditation every Wednesday evening at 5:15pm.
