After graduating from the Fitness & Lifestyle Management diploma program in the spring of 2006 at George Brown College in Toronto, Canada, Rey began his career as a health & fitness coach by opening his own company ~ WellFit For Life. He started consulting for various companies that included community centers such as The Jewish Community Centers (Toronto & Vancouver), Douglas Park Community Center (Vancouver), corporate gyms such as Rogers Telecommunications Headquarters (Toronto), and hospital settings such as the Vancouver General Hospital Center for Cardiovascular Health. After coaching hundreds of individuals ranging from the general public of all ages, performance athletes, and many others with special conditions such as down-syndrome, heart disease, cancer, and other health conditions, Rey had to pivot his business online due to the covid restrictions that prevented him from seeing clients in-person. Within the last 3 years, Rey has gained more knowledge about how to start and engage an online presence using social media such as Facebook and training apps such as Trainerize. A new world of possibility and sharing with even a bigger audience had emerged. Now, in he's mid 40's, Rey has focused his attention in assisting clients in their 40's and older in a hybrid setting of in-person (Huatulco, Mexico only), and online (anywhere in the world).

Hi, my name is Rey Carroll and I'm passionate about helping mid-lifers 40+ years of age to live longer, stronger, and move better while looking younger, and feeling their best.

After receiving my Fitness & Lifestyle Management Diploma, I spent the next 18+ years learning, accessing, and incorporating knowledge and practices in the realms of strength & conditioning, cardiovascular health, aerobic exercise, functional movements, stretching & mobility, yoga, meditation, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle & habit coaching. I loved every minute of it!

To this day, I am still learning and acquiring experiences in the health, wellness, and fitness industries. I'm continually improving in all areas of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health for myself and be able to share it with others who want to live in their authentic power and achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
